Regulatory Compliance
ProtoHumiX® is an EU Fertilising Product, classified as PFC 6(B) – Non-microbial Plant Biostimulant and PFC 3(B), according to Regulation (EU) 2019/1009. The product meets the safety, heavy metals content, microbiology, and traceability requirements applicable in the European Union.
Approval
The product is approved by the Austrian Federal Office for Food Safety.
The product is compatible with the principles of organic farming under Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and may be used subject to the rules of the relevant control body.
Organic farming
The product has been assessed for use in organic production by two independent bodies. Both documents concern ProtoHumiX® and are reproduced here in full.

Both documents state that they are not a guarantee of the product's efficacy or utility value, only of its admissibility in organic production. The IUNG-PIB certificate remains valid until there is a change in the manufacturing technology or in the composition or origin of the raw materials.
